Claudia Grainger-Sink
Owner
Claudia is originally from Wilmington, NC, where she grew up with the beach as her backyard. Saturday mornings were often spent planning weddings for her Barbies or watching whatever wedding show was featured on TLC with her mom. Wilmington will always be her home, and she often finds herself missing sunrises at the beach, Azalea Festival, and Britts Donuts (if you know you know). However, she has since moved inland. Claudia received her BS in Community Recreation and Event Planning from UNC Greensboro, which is where she met Bev! After graduation, Claudia moved back home and worked at Airlie Gardens for two years, helping to coordinate and execute weddings and events. After feeling like she was called to ministry, Claudia enrolled in Duke Divinity School where she received her Masters in Divinity! Around this time Claudia was ordained by Millbrook Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC. She is affirming to women in ministry, LGBTQIA+ folk, and all of God’s children! She stumbled into wedding officiating as it combines her two passions; weddings and loving people.
Claudia currently lives in Apex, NC with her husband Tyler, (an Apex local), and their two dogs Ozzy and Clark Griswold. In her free time, she is earning her masters in Social Work from UNC, as well as enjoying needlepoint, gardening, reading, and all things pink.
Beverly Bowen
Coordination Lead
Beverly is a born and bred Greensboro native. She met Claudia freshman year as roommates and they have been best friends ever since. She graduated from UNCG with a BA in Drama. Bev has been at the heart of Natty Greene’s for twelve years, holding every role from hostess to her current position as Events and Social Media Coordinator. She has worked in event coordination for the past five years. She loves finding ways to combine her hardworking nature and creative energy!
She lives in Greensboro with her cats, Hamilton “Ham” and KitKat “Turkey.” In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and boyfriend Eddie, weight lifting, hiking, and collecting plants.
